We only collect personal data you actively provide through our contact form or by emailing us:

• Name
• Email address
• Company / organisation (optional)
• The content of your message

Our hosting infrastructure may also process limited technical data (IP address, user agent, request timestamps) in standard server logs for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and not used for profiling.

We use your information solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Conduct any subsequent business correspondence you initiate
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decision-making. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and the regulations of the IFZA free zone authority. Personal data is handled lawfully, fairly, transparently and only for the purposes described above.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to address your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for accountability and audit purposes (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer retention period is required by law or by an active engagement.

Personal data may be processed on our behalf by carefully selected service providers acting as data processors, including:

• Website hosting and infrastructure providers
• Email and productivity providers

These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations and only process data on our documented instructions.

As a UAE-based firm working with international clients, your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside the UAE or the European Economic Area, including in EU member states. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy mechanisms or your explicit consent.
